A Gathering Of Dairy Free Navigators.
In 2016, I had to make big changes to my diet after an over consumption of diary products in the many years prior caused me to become very VERY dairy intolerant. In the past, I’d never had to stop myself from eating what I wanted so I initially found my new dietary constraints very restricting. However, as of 2018, 2 years since my last glass of milk, I feel as if I’ve finally got it all figured out.
I made this blog for those in the midst of figuring things out in the grey area between an omnivorous & vegan diet, as I recognized a lack of representation for this elusive community. I’ll be documenting the foods I try and safe-to-eat foods for people like me.
My greatest wish is to see this platform flourish and populate with people who share my afflictions, building a community of diary free experts.
